Concept Design
A vision statement and mood boards that set the direction for the whole project.
Design Development
Floor plans, outdoor spaces, and layouts, with materials, plants, finishes, color, and furniture selected.
Design Review
3D visualizations and a detailed proposal, refined through a structured round of revisions.
Design Presentation
We present the design, with mood boards, layouts, and material selections for approval.
Documentation
We finish the design intent documents: technical drawings for millwork, lighting, materials, and landscape.

Design Oversight
We don’t manage construction labor. We protect the design while it’s built.
Site check-ins
Milestone visits and timeline alignment with your contractor, so the design holds up on site.
Procurement
Ordering, warehouse coordination, quality checks, and delivery for every furnishing.
Installation
We schedule and attend furniture, lighting, and planting installs so every piece lands where it was drawn.
Layout and styling
We fine-tune lighting, furniture, hardscape, and plant placement in person.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you and resolve the project alignment list before handover.

Do you manage construction?​

No. We don’t manage construction labor. We work alongside your contractor with site check-ins, procurement, and styling, so the design is built the way it was drawn.
Can you design both the interiors and the landscape?

Yes, together or on their own. The same process guides both, so when we design the whole property, your home and garden feel like one place.
